"The staff at check in were great, the system was down so it was a manual check in and took a bit longer. But they very kindly upgraded us which we appreciated a lot and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and felt very new. The bathroom was large and had great amenities. The hotel is in short walking distance to the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. The only downside to the stay were the soft pillows and noise from the room above in the very early hours of the morning."

"A lovely hotel in an excellent location but without many amenities. For a hotel of this caliber the breakfast was disappointing (limited choices and food in warming trays was room temperature) and the carpet in our room was badly stained and needed replacement."
