"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor.

The hotel itself is elegant and spotless, with beautifully maintained lobby areas. My room was spacious, functional, and offered great value for the price—truly a 7-star experience!
