"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"This was my third stay at the MATSCH - this time on my own as my wife was not well and my daughter, with whom I travelled to Paris, stayed in Paris. Twice before we stayed in a room for three and we always had a fantastic time at the MATSCH.
