"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."

"We stayed at Quest St Kilda for almost a week and it was a solid, no-frills option in a great location. The property is basic but clean, and the tram station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The reception and cleaning staff were nice. While there aren't a lot of amenities, the small gym and laundry room was convenient for a longer stay like ours. The rooms aren't huge and can feel a little tight with two people, but for the location and the affordability compared to other options in the area, it's hard to complain.
