"The staff was extremely accommodating on our stay. Each staff member treats you as royalty, especially Rocco and the wait staff. My boyfriend and I experienced a small issue with our room upon check in and after notifying the reception desk we were assigned a new room just to avoid any discomfort. In addition, the team gave us a bottle of champagne to enjoy in our new (upgraded) room. The food and drinks by the pool was incredible. We would definitely stay here again. "
