"Hotel Savoia is the best location. It is walkable to the beach in under 7 minutes. It is right on the Main St which is very busy during the day but that is the trade off with location. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. The view is the side of Positano and we could hear the beautiful church chimes. It is not direct ocean view if you are looking for that. Our friend had partial ocean view and hot tub which was wonderful. They give you a free beach bag and daily towel if needed for beach. Great!! I honestly thought the people would be friendlier. (Not everyone). Marco was great and the older man in am when we left got us coffee as we were leaving early for flight. Sorry, I forgot his name . We asked at the desk about the complimentary water in room and felt like we were asking for a million dollars. Maybe we misunderstood the rules? The housekeeping staff were wonderful and friendly. I didn’t realize you could get made to order omelet until last day. The breakfast was scrambled in the warmer but wish I knew about omelet earlier. All and all a beautiful place and lucky to be there!! Ciao! "

"Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff. Every single person working there treated us with such care. They were able to arrange a very comfortable private transfer for us to and from the airport and book us a very nice couples massage and Amalfi coast boat tour last minute. We were there for our honeymoon and the desk staff made sure it was very special and provided extra accommodations for us. Absolutely stunning views and amazing food, perfect destination for us and we will stay here every time we visit Positano."

"The views from this hotel are absolutely incredible, and the heated pool is a great bonus! It’s located a bit outside Positano’s city center, but they do offer an hourly shuttle bus. Just a heads-up — the shuttle can fill up quickly, and if you miss it, you’ll need to wait for the next one. There’s also a private beach and a boat taxi to the Positano port, but both close in October, so keep that in mind when booking your stay. The gym doesn’t open until 9 a.m., which might be a little late if you like to work out early. Overall, a decent stay with stunning views and good amenities — just plan ahead for transportation and seasonal closures."
