"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience overall. The rooms are quite outdated, and the furniture—especially the couches—were visibly dirty. In fact, I had to use an extra blanket just to cover the stains so I could sit down comfortably. There were also a number of maintenance issues. The fridge in the room froze everything with no way to adjust the temperature, and both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty upon arrival. These small details really added up and made the stay feel neglected. Another inconvenience was the breakfast schedule. It ends at 9:00 a.m., even on weekends, which feels unusually early and not very accommodating for guests hoping to relax. On top of that, there was an event at the hotel on Saturday, and it completely took over the parking. As a guest, I had to park about a kilometer away, which was extremely frustrating. That said, I do want to highlight that the staff were consistently kind and welcoming. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful, which made a difference despite the other issues. Also, Just Jack’s food was a standout—definitely one of the better parts of the stay. Overall, while the staff and food were great, the condition of the rooms and lack of basic maintenance made this a stay I wouldn’t rush to repeat."

"I booked this hotel after seeing a big discount, after I booked, should of been a red flag, one of my employees mentioned they stayed there and had a horrible experience with it being run down and then being blamed for all the previous damages. So within 30 minutes of booking I immediately tried to cancel, I did choose non cancelable rooms but tried anyways since it was within 30 minutes, and was denied. Which is within their rights. So I let my employees know to take pictures and hope for the best. Once they got there I was sent tons of photos, of visible stains on carpets, bedsheets, scratches to bed, damage to drywall, half ripped base, torn carpets, grease on walls. I then called the front desk to be asked to change rooms. The staff were quick to help us change rooms. The real change that needs to be made is corporate needs to spend money on renovating and upkeeping the property. Otherwise more guests are going to keep complaining and the staff will be helpless to do anything."

"Nicely renovated building with ample parking. Restaurant on site. We ate there and it was pretty good. The prices vs quality/quantity were about average. Room was clean; decent sized bathroom with a nice deep tub. The bedding and tv's are in desperate need of an upgrade as they're very dated. There was also no mini fridge. Breakfast was very good, and I appreciated the containers of fresh fruit salad. Could use with a potato dish though. Other than that no complains. "
