"The most beautiful and most unique property to explore this part of the country. Margaret and Malcolm, as always, were so welcoming and provide top class accommodation with the most stunning views. Tiffy, our dog, was made most welcome with a lovely bed and treat bag. Such a safe and protected space for her. Will definitely be back for our third visit! "

"Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!"

"Apartment was comfortable. The alet and stairs up to it were awful and could have been improved with a clean or a paint. Beds were comfortable. Just needed some general upkeep done on it, skirtings cleaned and painted, hole in bathroom wall filled. Everything you needed for a weekend away but not done to my standard."

"The hotel was clean and generally in good decorative condition. There was some signs of age and wear and tear in the corridors. The food in the restaurant was excellentl. The bar food not as good quality. The staff were polite courteous and attentive. My main concern was that after being very clear in my booking that I had a physical disabilty I was allocated a bedroom along a corridor with two sets of stairs. "The room we stayed in was excellent more like a suite than bedroom. Really soacious with sofa and easy chairs as well as a window seat. There was a Kingsize bed, mattress a little too firm for our liking. Two tvs one at each end of the room. The bathroom was luxurious and large. We had breakfast each day at the hotel Nd there was a good choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The daily housekeeping was faultless. Would definitely stay here again."
