"Check in was easy. Rooms are dated and broken. Plug in in bathroom didn’t work, light beside bed sparked if tried turning on. Closet doors were broken, overall not nice. Breakfast was not ready had to ask for things to be filled/replaced. Garbage cans full before breakfast even started. Was not pleasant"

"The hot tub was cery merky. In their defense, the hotel was extremely packed with families. I think the staff were trying hard, but it was impossible to sleep with all the screaming and running in the halls. Great place to stay with families but maybe not the place to stay if you expect quiet and to sleep. The train also blasts through all night right next to your window… "

"Always a great stay. Convenient to downtown. Clean and comfortable. Parking is quite expensive so be prepared. Elevators are slow at peak times. Stay here most times when I’m in town and it’s always the same level of good service. "
