"It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. My flight arrived at 5:00am. Understandably, they weren't able to get me checked in at that time, but there is a lounge on the 5th floor with a couple of couches. I was able to get a couple of hours of shut eye up there. After exploring the city for a few hours, they were able to get me checked in at around 11:30. Still way sooner than the 15:00 check-in time. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. It was nice surprise to find out the staff periodically comes around in the evenings to offer a little dessert. The hotel restaurant was quite nice and the prices were great. The hotel had a promotion going on while I was staying there with a 50% discount on all breakfasts and dinners if reservations were made in advanced. The location can't be beat when it comes to convenience. It is right in the heart of the downtown area with the 2 major metro lines just steps away from the hotel. I would highly recomend this hotel. "

"Clean and well appointed. Walkable from Lisbon airport but they also provide shuttle service every 15 mins. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pool, sauna, and whirlpool seats were great! "
