Just returned from an amazing stay at this little gem right on the beach. Property was exactly as advertised. It’s a perfect no frills rental. Walk out your door steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. As other renters stated in reviews the bed is small and very uncomfortable. The windows in bedroom are sealed shut. No umbrellas however there are lounge chairs. Little tweaks could make this spot exceptional. Housekeepers are sweet. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach vacation on a budget,this is the place! My husband and I can’t wait to go back.

Owner is nice. For the price I pay I think I should get more. The great thing about the place is the beach. Bed is way to small for 2 people ( full size) . Alot of thing in the house need to be updated. The grill doesn't work. I love all the beach toys that provided. The house keeper come a couple time to clean the place so it is a plus. Plenty of towel for our family. Overall good serives just the place need to be updated.

Great location, right on long bay beach. We are kitesurfers, can launch on beach directly in front of property. Very convenient. Property managers very fast to respond to needs and requests.

We loved the location and we loved the housekeepers. We had no internet and no TV and had to attempt to use internet from the next villa over. We needed internet for maps and booking excursions. Tv never worked until an hour before checkout and only Netflix worked. Property manager never called back or made it right as he stated and concierge never called back.

The property says "air conditioning", but is only in the bedroom, and the bedroom louvered windows were in the "shut" position, couldn't be opened so no view! The rest of the unit is ceiling fans. The week we went you could not sit in the Living area for long due to heat and humidity. Otherwise, it was fine and on the beach.

This is our 3rd time at this property however we noticed that maintenance is lacking. We stayed in the single bedroom this time. We stayed in the villa our 1st time also. Window glass shutters inoperable in the bedroom and bathroom. Light bulbs out in various locations. Mattress is old and needs replacement badly. The only place to get shade by the beach (a pine tree) has been cut down. Room service was wonderful. Beautiful beach for swimming but bring water shoes as there are shells in coral as you enter the ocean.

This property has amazing views! The ladies that come by to clean are lovely and do a great job. However, this villa is "tired" and needs to be updated. The beds are horrible. I slept in both bedrooms in the hopes that one bed would be better than the other. I could feel the springs through the mattress and the bed squeaks. Reminds me of basement beds :(. The coffee pot is the cheapest one they make. Please note: only the bedrooms have air-conditioning units. This is only probably an issue in the summer months (still, I would have liked to know this ahead of time as we went in July). It was extremely hot and humid in the house (with the exception of the bedrooms). The outdoor lounging chairs looked like they washed up ashore from a resort. They have grills but they also are in very bad shape. I am aware that the sun and salt are very hard on things, therefore, replacing them is necessary. The lamps and ceiling fans in the house are rusted and look awful. A little TCL would help so much, considering the villas surrounding this place are very nice. We stayed in the bottom of the largest villa. So...amazing view but a little disappointed :(

The amazing lady (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) that takes care of the property was wonderful! The privacy was exactly what my family needed. But above all else she was what helped make our stay so special. That and the adorable little kitten our daughters named Zeeke. Lol. We will be back again

This was our second time staying at this property. There are two villas; we stayed in the smaller one called Tradewinds Villa. It is situated on the shore of Long Bay beach and offers stunning views of the sea and sunrise. We practically had the beach to ourselves. It is a very calm and relaxing place. We were allowed use of the kayaks. The furniture is a bit dated but comfortable and all of our needs were met. Hope to stay there again.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we home. We absolutely loved the house. It was very comfortable big plus was the few steps to the beach which felt like a private beach very quiet neighborhood. No big hotels around easy parking on the side. It was just lovely manager and staff were on every call at whatever we needed. It was done right away beautiful friendly and nice place highly recommend it.

Property needs to advertise that the location requires you to have a car to move around the island. There are no stores, restaurants, or bars within an eight minute drive. The bicycles were not well kept and were not usable. Otherwise, the privacy and location with a car were very favorable. Private beach a huge plus. Caretakers were very helpful and friendly. Everything else worked well..

This is by far the best deal on Providenciales. This one bedroom villa has all the basics that you need. It's steps from the beach, quiet, and has absolutely beautiful ocean views. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Kayaks and bikes were included so we stayed very active. You should rent a car, because most shops and restaurants are a few miles away, but it was so worth it for the solitude. If you're looking to be pampered, this is not the place for you. But if you want a place on the beach with amazing views for a great price, the sea breeze villas are where you should stay. Lita our housekeeper was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise. We'll definitely be back.

The view was spectacular. We rose at dawn every morning to watch the sun rise over the water. The few issues we had were addressed quickly. Area was quiet and peaceful.

No air conditioning in the living room, kitchen or bathrooms. It’s 90 degrees in the house which makes it impossible to sit and relax. There is only AC in the bedrooms. I kept having to fix the toilet it kept running. Overall wasn’t what I expected. The host was great and very quick to respond.

Staying at the Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas was amazing. The property of located in a quiet neighborhood, which doesn't get much foot or car traffic going through the area. When your here you feel like your in a secluded hideaway. The kitchen in the villa was massive with all the amenities you could need to cook a meal. There was a cable tv that had enough channels to find something at night. The bedrooms air conditioned was a great bonus. One improvement would be the addition of air conditioning or a fan to the living room area. Loved the villa right on the beach, we had an amazing time.

Really great place to stay if you want to get away and relax on the beach. You will hear ocean sounds and winds at night but it is very pleasing. The housekeeper Lyn was very attentive and welcoming. She even stayed extra hours on a Sunday when we arrived late, which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

The property locstion was awesome. It was far enough away from everything for privacy , but also close enough to be at a Restaurant in 5 minutes. The beach aspect was a different story. There was so much seaweed on the bewch you had to walk through a good bit to get to the ocean. Im not sure if this is seasonal thing or what. It was about a foot deep in some areas. We had to go to a public beach to enjoy the crystal clear water. If you want to only lay out and tan this is the place. The property itself was clean and the staff was amazing. The oy downside to tje property is the bedrooms have the only ac units. The living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom was outside temp.

It was affordable and had everything we needed! Loved using the bikes and kayaks! The view was unbelievable! Being able to prepare a home cooked meal in the provided kitchen and eat it outdoors along side the ocean was incredible. It was nice to have our own private beach area while Grace Bay beach was just a ten minute drive away for a bigger beach with excursions and shopping!

So…. Before starting, the owners were perfect with communications after we experienced issues. Regarding the villa, location was great and secluded with fantastic views, but Villa was outdated with old furnishings, which were either damaged or became damaged after use ( ie chairs, utensils, towels, etc). Notably, part of the cement ceiling fell out one afternoon resulting in us having to move due to safety issues. The owners quickly helped to find us appropriate accommodations

The property is outdated and need some TLC. Top unit back deck is not sturdy and we were a little scars to walk or even hang out in that area. Floors a very slippery, and have too much cleaning product on them that is not removed properly. Rooms have shutters not windows, they are in very old condition and do not suction off or close properly and it allows the wind to come in and makes a lot of noise at night.

We stayed at the 1bd option (it's the smaller cottage next to the larger 2bd building) for a week. We were staying at a discounted rate so we were happy with it in overall! Cottage is quite basic with a bit dated furniture and a mediocre bed quality. Windows don't have glass, it is screen and shutters so if you visit during the windy season then you might like the noise (even when you close them completely, it keeps making whistling sounds). But it is a beachfront property and it is a good option if you have a rental and planning to visit other beaches, or just staying in and enjoying Long Bay (for us whole week was windy so we couldn't swim at Long Bay)

Outstanding place
This place is on Long bay and it was outstanding. They say it was the windy side of the island, but who cares. the beach was out the back door, this place was nice, the facilities were great. Washer on site. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. The location was off the beaten path which was great for us. Only draw back to this place for some might be the fact you drive down a dirt road with pot holes. We treated it as an adventure and loved the stay at this location. It was one of three we stayed at on the island and we would book it for our whole stay next time.

Great experience. The location is great. Very private. Beautiful beach. Lot of rocks and shells. The sea was little rough. They provided Kayaks, Sunscreen Lotion, Bicycles. Need Car if need to go around / groceries etc. Lots of sand on floor after cleaning. It could have been better. Bathroom had broken shower door which caused it to be wet all the time. Bedroom doors were getting stuck probably because of humidity.

I love the cleanliness, the whole experience of having a private villa on the beach. Very cozy & romantic, the staff were great Juli is such a wonderful concierge she waited for us for over 30 mins & checked us in early at noon. I love this place & will definitely return
