We ended up with 17 stairs to get to our room. My bad as I should have asked or made it known we needed accessibility. Lesson learned. Overall we did okay. "

"Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again."
