Great employees but hotel systems and facilities are extremely disappointing, this is the second time staying there and is worst than the first time. Extremely difficult to lock/unlock the rooms, no room heaters (we were offered additional blankets though) uneven floors, I smashed a toe. Restaurant was not open except one day of my multiple day stay. The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my credit card, I am on the middle of disputing/reversing the charge through my bank. Never going back.

Les falta un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones el mini bar con mucho ruido y la TV. nos funcionó un rato y después ya no pudieron componerla. La alberca de hidromasaje que la tienen al público tampoco funcionaba que estaba descompuesta.

En general a toda la propiedad le falta una remodelación urgente. Áreas comunes, camastros, alberca, el cuarto es pasable ya que la cama es cómoda y el baño es lindo. Pero en definitiva no fue una estancia placentera ya que muchas cosas faltaban o no servían.

Lo bueno: cuartos muy amplios y cómodos, dormí delicioso, el agua del baño sale super calientita y la sala donde hay una mesa fue el lugar perfecto para una tarde de juegos y relajarse. Lo mas o menos: Requiere muchas renovaciones (toallas, humedades leves, hamacas) pero el personal es muy amable. Fue grato descubrir que tenían una cancha de padel donde amablemente te proporcionan pelotas y raquetas :) tambien hay bicis pero esas no nos dio tiempo de usar. Las bebidas muy ricas (recomiendo el spritz) y la comida tambien.

Mal, con poco personal y sin insumos

Agridulce. La verdad si tengo la necesidad de explayarme. Vine con mi familia de descanso. Los cuartos bien, normal para lo que uno está pagando. La atención y el trato de las personas es MUY bueno pero el servicio es MUY malo. Por qué? Porque básicamente no tienen nada de tomar o de beber o insumos para trabajar en general, algo grave pasa en la administración de ese lugar. El miércoles llegamos y básicamente a la hora de la cena no tenían nada de cenar. Tenían dos o tres cosas muy básicas porque no tenían insumos para hacer como el 50% de su carta. Al otro día no había catsup para las papas (quien no tiene catsup en su hotel cuando las únicas cosas que sirves se sirven con catsup), no había la mitad del menú de desayunos y en la alberca básicamente solamente dos o tres cervezas y tequila o ron. Comimos fuera del hotel pero para la cena nuevamente con muchísima dificultad para pedir algo de cenar porque no había muchísimas cosas de cenar. Básicamente de toda la carta solamente club sándwich, hamburguesas y tacos de arrachera (lo mismo que había en la comida). Al otro día en el desayuno mejoró un poco la cosa porque ya tenían omelettes aunque pedimos inicialmente molletes y nos dijeron que no había. En la comida ya no pedimos nada fuera de lo que habíamos pedido y no nos habían negado previamente así que equis, hamburguesas y tacos. En la cena nuevamente pedimos cosas de la carta: consomé y no había, por lo que cambiamos a tacos de cecina y no había, entonces tacos de arrache

Uy mal lugar para lo caro que es. El lugar estaba sucio, la puerta de la habitación imposible de cerrar, la mesa de billar sucia, rota, mal ubicada. El jacuzzi todo sucio en mohesido. En el baño no hay ningún artículo que debería de estar en un hotel spa. El baño con un solo papel higiénico, sin klennex. El número de recepción nunca contesta. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción a qué nos atendieran y después de más e media hora nos enviaban lo solicitado. No hicieron el servicio de la habitación hasta que fuimos a reclamar a las 4:00 pm y todavía nos reclamaron. En verdad un pésimo lugar. Restaurante carisimo, mala calidad y pocas opciones.

Lindo, pero detalles en el servicio

El lugar es muy lindo, la habitación me la entregaron después de 4:30. Deberia mejorar en su restaurante no tenian desayuno a la carta y buffet no se veia nada apetitoso. No servia el aire acondicionado, reporte y nunca llegaron. Es importante que las habitaciones cuenten con telefono para comunicarte a recepción y aqui no lo tienen.
