Great room with comfortable bed, nice pillows and a table facing the window looking over the street below. Good location with places to eat and things to see in every direction. Good staff. They found my lost sunglasses! If I return to Puebla, I know where to stay.

Great stay. Be aware parking at night is included only. Daytime parking is gonna cost you $20 pesos an hour from 9-9. Good location. Hard as rock beds.

Pros - The staff was friendly. The location was convenient! The air conditioning and Netflix on the tv in the room worked great! Cons - when booking on Expedia it showed to have a queen size bed but when we arrived the property doesn’t have those size beds in any of the rooms. You can hear a ton of noise as the walls are super thin.

Great location and comfortable bed
The reception staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. A shout out to all three that we dealt with - great customer service. The location is walking distance to the zocalo and a market area and small mall. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the hot power shower was fantastic. The rooftop terrace is comfortable and spacious and has great views across the rooftops and to the cable car. Hope to return to Hotel Nube. It was also an easy walk to Casa Reyna where we enjoyed a very good mole poblano.

this hotel is in an excellent location, two blocks from metro bus, 4 blocks from Zocalo, many restaurants nearby. Safe in room. The hotel is very clean, and appears to have been very recently renovated and has a nicer shower than I have back home! All of the front desk staff have been very helpful and allowed me to leave luggage for a few days while travelling to other parts of Puebla. There is a nice roof top patio and although they serve breakfast, I was able to bring my own food from the bakery across the street and enjoy the view. I would definately recommend a stay at Nube!

El personal es increible, pero la administración..
El servicio es increíble, las personas de recepción dan un gran servicio y siempre tienen una sonrisa para atender, ellos son geniales. El problema es la administración del hotel, ha bajado bastante las comodidades, no hay televisión satélital, ya no se incluye el desayuno y no se invierte mucho en mejorar la experiencia.

MUY AMABLES
El personal del hotel fue muy amable, está muy bien ubicado el único detalle es que solamente el primer día nos dieron una botella de agua por cada persona que estuvimos en la habitación (3 personas) los demás días sólo dejaban una botella para todos.

Está muy cerca del centro y en ese sentido es un buen lugar. Sin embargo, los huéspedes hacen mucho ruido en el mostrador y se escucha en las habitaciones.

Personal excelente. Solo ojala busquen otro estacionamiento pues el que los provee tienen mala atencion, nontienen tacto con el cliente. Por el resto excelente, sobre todo el personal del hotel, todos son muy amables y serviciales
