Muy bueno pero con oportunidades.

La atención del staff es excelente y la limpieza de la villa también, solo hay un par de cosas que podrían mejorar y son: mantenimiento (los mosquiteros estaban caídos y no se podía abrir bien la puerta), boiler (el boiler es de paso y, a pesar de seguir las instrucciones, no se puede regular el agua, sale o fría o ardiendo, no hay punto medio, esto me ha pasado las ultimas 3 veces que me he quedado aquí, en diferentes villas) y cama (la cama era dura como piedra, podrían cambiar el colchón a uno menos duro). Fuera de lo anterior, es un lugar muy conveniente para quedarse, sobre todo con mascotas.

Una excelente opción familiar

Estuvimos 2 noches mi hija y yo, fue una estancia muy placentera, el lugar estuvo realmente tranquilo, limpio, seguro y la atención del personal es excelente. La habitación con dos camas matrimoniales es cómoda para 2 adultos. Si vas en época de frío es importante que sepas que no hay calefacción en la habitación. El servicio de alimentos en la cafetería es limitado y básico pero en todas las villas tienes estufa, refrigerador y microondas. Es un lindo lugar y espero que sigan promoviendo la tranquilidad que me toco sentir en esta visita. Seguro que regresare.

Perfect Getaway in Cholula
