Our stay started off a little rough when the pre arranged taxi at the jetty didn’t show up. We caught another taxi no problem. Loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were fairly basic but very comfortable and clean. The pool and pool area is amazing! Lots of beautiful places to hang out. The location is fabulous and walkable to everything in town. Highly recommended.

Nice property, pool is great, very helpful staff the only improvement they could make is to upgrade the beds, the beds are quite hard to sleep on.

A well maintained, beautiful hotel with a fair sized pool area. Within 400 yards from the beach promenade, a short walk away. You can see lava lizards and finches already in the hotel grounds.

Gorgeous! We stayed here for only one night at the end of our trip; the pool is really luxurious and there are also several soaking hot tubs. It's a short walk from the main 'downtown' street and restaurants, and just a few blocks away there are some 'off the beaten path' restaurants. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; we left too early to enjoy breakfast but they packed breakfast for us to-go. Wish we could have stayed another day or two to enjoy the pool and peacefulness of this place.

The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're clean and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The pool and hot tub area is great. Breakfast was great. You can easily walk to dining and shopping, as well as the entrance for Tortuga Bay.

Too bad construction killed the experience
Unfortunately, we were notified the pool was out of service 2days prior to arrival. No big deal. Problem was- major excavation (jackhammers) 9:30am til 6pm. Not the ambiance we expected. Headaches,….

Very clean, comfortable hotel with a gorgeous pool and hot tub area. Friendly staff at the front desk also serve you at the bar. A fixed menu breakfast is included which includes fruits, breads/pastries and eggs - it is simple and basically the same each day with only a slight variation over the four mornings we ate there. The breakfast is exactly what you need to start your day but it may be tricky if you have dietary restrictions. For us it was perfect and very filling! The location is great for wandering into town or heading out on a tour, and the whole area feels very safe. Our room was amazing, free filtered water, fridge, safe, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Fiesta is in a convenient location, close to the street where there are multiple dining & shopping options. We stayed in room across the garden. Room itself was a little old and may soon need some renovation. It was also smelling a little damp. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast was good - had vegetarian options. And, packed breakfast was available on days that we had an early start.

This is a fantastic property, especially for families. When travelling with kids it’s great to have a pool and this one did not disappoint. Our multi bed room also worked out well with a separate nook with two beds for the kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property was also very quiet yet close by to everything. Only a few blocks to the pier and shops. I highly recommend.

Great check in and the property is located in a nice area with close access for the malecón and also the restaurants Great staff and also water is provided which is a great bonus given tap water is not potable in Galapagos

Para un hotel costoso comparado con otros hoteles/hostal la habitación es súper pequeña e incómoda. El primer día en el desayuno solicite doble porción de proteínas y todo bien pero el segundo día vuelvo a pedir doble porción de proteínas y me la negaron. Otro día llego de mi tour cansado y cuando entro a la habitación no hay luz eléctrica y tampoco tienen generador para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes en esa situación tuve que esperar unos cuantos minutos largos para que llegara la luz.

Estimado Lenny,Muchas gracias por su comentario. Primeramente agradecemos que nos comente su punto de vista en relación a los puntos que menciona. Desafortunadamente nuestras habitaciones son de estas dimensiones y es importante manifestarle que nos encontramos en proceso de mejora de las mismas para los próximos huéspedes. Por otro lado, en las islas Galápagos tenemos prácticas de manejo de alimentos y control de los mismos para evitar desperdicios por la dificultad de obtenerlos desde la zona continental y algunos en las mismas islas, por consecuente tenemos un plan de alimentación para cada huésped tomando en cuenta para su satisfacción. Lamentablemente ha habido un inconveniente con el suministro eléctrico de la empresa local que nos provee en toda la isla, esto no suele ocurrir y por la misma razón no es necesario la implementación de un generador para estas ocasiones.Esperamos que dentro de todo lo mencionado, le haya gustado todas las instalaciones.

Lovely hotel in Puerto Ayora. The pool was great after a long, hot day, and the jacuzzi was amazing for sore calves after lots of walking. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic but filling. All in all, enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The pool was wonderful after a hot day and our room was an individual building on its own, very spacious. We also looked forward to the yummy breakfast each day. Would highly recommend!

The staff was extremly polite and always attentive to our needs. They went out of their way to help! You made us truly enjoy. Pool was lovely, so nice to go for a swim surrounded by beautiful birds signing in the morning. Excellent breakfast adapted to our needs again. Room is simple but comfortable. Very quiet place, near everything. Great value for money!

Lovely and very helpful staff. The rooms were basic and a tad small, couldn't get out of one side of the bed. There was a safe in the room which was appreciated. The grounds were very nice and we were within walking distance to many eating establishments and town. Taxis were not expensive to get from one side of town to the other.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and the grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. However, this hotel is not a good choice for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet vacation. We stayed 3 nights and each night the noice level from the pool and games area was bothersome. Several families with extremely loud young children hung out in these areas for hours. The staff did talk to one group but in the end it didn't help much. So, would recommend this hotel ONLY if you like a lot of noise or have children in your group.

The staff were very professional and friendly! The rooms were ok, very clean, but the general environment was very humid, so be prepared. The hotel has a swimming pool and huge jacuzzi which we used everyday we stayed. Great to relax in after a long day out on the sea. Location is very quiet and convenient, about 2 min walk to the center of town. There is also a travel agent who comes to the hotel every morning in case you have any last minute trip planning. The price is great!
