The property was off the beaten path so that taxi rides are required to go everywhere even for small convenience items because there is not a small shop in the hotel to buy them. It This can also make a bit expensive to get around. The pool area is fantastic and the dining area although quiet had a decent dinner and breakfast. The staff was polite and attentive and the taxi are on call or already outside. We had a great taxi driver named Juan that took us everywhere. Just be aware of the logistics of going places.Its very quiet there small bar no activity at the bar.

Não existe sossego nesse hotel!
Foi simplesmente surreal o que passamos nesse hotel. Escolhemos um hotel supostamente tranquilo, reservado, em meio à natureza e sem crianças pensando que teriamos momentos de descanso e sossego. Acontece que todos os dias entre 9 e 12h da manhã um funcionário fica com um soprador de folhas a motor limpando a área do café da manhã, da piscina e dos quartos fazendo um barulho ensurdecedor de serra elétrica. Reclamamos diversas vezes na recepção e a resposta foi : desculpe senhora, temos que limpar o hotel. E o barulho continuou... Saimos de lá extremamente estressados e indignados com a falta de bom senso e consideração da equipe do hotel. Não retornaremos nunca mais e não desejamos que ninguém tenha que passar pela mesma situação.

Love the feeling of being in the middle of a rainforest/jungle. Surroundings are magical. Staff go above and beyond to be sure you are taken care of. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area. I want to return to spend more time at this lodge.

Incredibly relaxing space, feels like you are deep in the jungle with modern amenities. Close to get to the Argentina falls and Brazil boarder. Had dinner first evening and the food and service were wonder. Would stay again.

Front desk unhelpful with booking boat rides. Plus interfered with our taxi. The driver who picked us up at the airport did not own us. Second day we had a better driver(Gustavo). We made plans with him for 3rd day. His car mysteriously quit working. We think front desk and Sergei interfered and Sergei took our fare. Overcharged us by $50. The restaurant was excellent

A beautiful place to relax and unwind within the rainforest. The surrounding area was peaceful and it was relaxing to listen to the sounds of nature by the pool. The room size was generous and the reception was very welcoming.

I ordered dessert & my wife found a hardware bolt in the cheesecake on the first bite embedded in the cheesecake. The bolt was in her mouth & she felt it on her tongue, but if she had chewed down on it she would have broken a tooth. The staff didn’t do much too fix the situation.

Cute hotel. Nice swimming pool and very nice staff. The AC and safe in the room were broken. AC was making a lot of noise all night. Room was definitely humid and in general they could make a bit more effort to look “boutique” since it’s more expensive than the Mercure next door which I stayed for one more night which was actually great. Restaurant was nice.

This hotel was AMAZING. The setting was beautiful, the rooms and bed in particular were very comfortable. The pool and bar was a private luxury and the restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal. On top of that the front desk staff and driver Ramon were excellent. They handled any request or query we had, and provided all of our transportation requirements at a very reasonable price. This hotel, with this setting would cost 4 or 5 times more per night in Canada. If you are planning to go to Puerto Iguazú I can’t recommend it enough

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in the heart of the jungle. A bit remote from the city but the hotel was great! We loved the free breakfast and had dinner at the restaurant as well. Wish they had laundry service on the weekend. But would recommend this hotel for a relaxing place to stay after exploring Iguazu.

It was a beautiful, secluded property surrounded by lush jungle. The majority of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was ok but limited which is problematic since it's isolated. I felt they could really change up the breakfast buffet by day 3 the limited choices were tired. I had a small issue over my rate but it was a beautiful, comfortable place that I'd go back to!

The staff in the dinning area ( restaurant & bar ) are great , the manager at the restaurant brought us a local fish just to try it , very professional person !!! The room should have a phone to communicate with from desk , in case someone have a questions , need help with something or an emergency !! Don’t book the shuttle with the hotel , better to get to the hotel on your own.

Excellent hotel. Even better staff!
This was a lovely location with a great restaurant and amazing service at the front desk. They helped to arrange for a driver for us to see the Brazil side of the falls... Basically helping us have a personal driver for the day. They also made life easy in other small ways, like lending us a power adapter. Great hotel.
