A nicely renovated hotel Great staff, very friendly Free breakfast was very busy We had a coffee machine in our room and you are Not allowed to use it after the first night. They even removed the cups We were there 3 nights Would be nice to have a coffee each morning NOT only the first morning They let us have a late check out which was great

Quick overnighter

Only stayed 1 night as had early flight. Hotel staff checking in & out were excellent. They even organised a breakfast box since we had to leave prior to breakfast commencing. Only downside was dinner where the staff are slow with the service

The food at the restaurant was really good except you have to wait for it a while. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish the pool wound had been warm.

Feels a tad old, but my favorite option in PM

This hotel used to be a Chilean chain called Apumanque & has been purchased and restored for the Marriot brand. The hotel still feels a bit old, but the location is excellent and the restaurant is quite good. Although most international tourists prefer to stay in Puerto Varas this is my favorite option when I need to stay over in Puerto Montt on business or to catch the car ferries to Patagonia

Great room and breakfast that's included. The pool water, including the jacuzzi, is ICE COLD, so basically useless to hang out if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise great and clean place to stay

First time here in Puerto Montt and I was anxious about where to stay. Once I saw there was a Courtyard by Marriott, I was relieved. It’s a nice property and my room overlooks the town with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is clean and to be honest one of the nicest Courtyards I have visited. After a rather stressful series of business meetings in Santiago, this has been perfect.

Hotel was not Busy, tried to check in ealier at noon, No Way. Went to the restaurant for lunch 12:45, and wait for the time.to.check in, order an appetizer and a Bottle of water, 5 min. Later they said the kitchen was closed and would open 1:00 pm. Nice Place, terrible service

Below my expectations for a Marriott hotel

Good breakfast and neighborhood. Room was not ready when I checked in at 22:00 even having done reservation some hours earlier. Had to wait for the room to be prepared. Tried dinner at the restaurant which seems to be understaffed. Most tables were still full with plates from previous guests. Food was ok. From 2 elevators, only one was working intermittently and had to wait several times until it started working. They told me there should be 2 complimentary coffee capsules in the room, but when I arrived they were already used by previous guest and weren’t refilled. I asked at the reception and they did not have any coffee capsules to replace so they offered me a coffee from the machine near there. I believe this hotel is not at the Marriott quality level yet.

Ótimo Hotel

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e com todos os funcionários bem educados! Destaque para Carlos e Byron da recepção! Entendem português e respondem com calma e paciência. Quartos, boa cama, bom banheiro, boa tv! Não recomendo serviço de quarto, pois, cobram muito caro! Aumenta coisa de 10 reais por item. Localização muito boa! Perto de mercados, shopping e restaurantes. Café da manhã não muito bom! Poderia ter mais variedade.
