Great choice in the region

Well located hotel in Puerto Varas. Excellent breakfast. Handy onsite parking. Really large comfortable room which was quiet at night. The rooms are a bit dated and on the tired side. Could use a bit of a refresh but a great choice for a few days in the region.

Hotel charmosinho! Ficamos num quarto com cama king, vista para o vulcão, mas, não dava pra ver quase nada dele. Caso queria vista do mesmo. Recomendo ficar no último andar. Quarto espaçoso, boa cama, travesseiros. Banheiro não tem boxe de vidro, só cortina!! O PROBLEMA COMEÇA AÍ! Quando tomávamos banho, eu e minha esposa, alagava o banheiro, a ponto de ir para debaixo do carpete do quarto! Avisei através do chat do hotéis.com sobre o ocorrido e não tive resposta. Minha esposa grávida, imagina o risco de acidente? Enfim, esse ponto foi muito chato! Na recepção, não foram tão bem atenciosos! Falam rápido, cheguei com muitas malas e ninguém ajudou a trazer pra dentro, Avisei que estaria chegando de Madrugada e não deram orientação sobre serviço do hotel, em relação à alimentação! Depois das 22h ou 23h, nada funciona! Nem sanduíche tem! Chegamos 01h da manhã! Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO! Como várias avaliações já mencionaram! Localização PERFEITA! Perto da plaza de armas é a orla de Puerto Varas!

O pessoal da recepção foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. As pessoas de limpeza sempre muitos cordiais e atenciosos a qualquer solicitação. Café da manhã excelente. O atendimento do restaurante pode ser melhorado, pois os pratos demoraram muito para serem servidos.
