"Family of four. Kids really enjoyed the resort. Food was great and so was the service. Hotel is very well maintained. Given its size I would imagine peak times there are line ups. Everything was really great. Only negative I had was the constant selling of amenities. Would definitely go back."

"Worst experience. The staff was not helpful at all , yes 2-3 people were incredibly nice and welcoming , but most of the service was bad . Yet they did nothing to make it better . The ATM machines out there took our money . Daniel, a staff member was very rude and persistent on selling us a package for a tour , which he promised it would be a certain amount and when we get there it wasn’t , and not only that , he promised a cabana at the pool with a bottle which we never got. He never actually even booked it according to another staff member . We spoke to his manager Norma , which she didn’t do anything for us , just a simple sorry you had a bad experience , and that was it, never coming back to this hotel . I’ve visit Cancun 7th times before , with better hotels and service . Never recommending this hotel to anyone ever. "

"Just got back from a week at Breathless Riviera Cancun and honestly… this trip was exactly what I needed. The resort itself was beautiful. Great pools, solid food, clean rooms, fun nightlife, and the entire property had a really relaxing energy. The Xhale Club upgrade was worth it in my opinion quieter areas, better views, and overall a more premium experience. Huge shoutout to Julio at the front desk for helping me switch rooms and making the stay even better. One thing I appreciated most was the balance. You can party if you want, but you can also slow down, relax by the ocean, grab coffee in the morning, and just enjoy being present. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming the entire trip. This trip honestly reminded me what freedom and peace are supposed to feel like. I came home feeling refreshed, inspired, and already thinking about coming back. If you’re looking for a beautiful adults-only resort near Cancun with a fun atmosphere and great vibes, I’d definitely recommend Breathless Riviera Cancun."

"The food is unpalatable, so please pack protein bars. The rooms are clean, but the pools are not. There is no chlorine smell and there is a ton of debris floating. Be careful—some bars switch out the premium liquor for preferred members for cheap stuff. The beach preferred club bar did that to us during our stay."
