"This our second time going to this resort. The food is delicious and has a great variety. The entertainment is decent but not excellent. Amenities are fine. No beach or ocean. Unfortunately, this second time my daughter’s sneaker shoes despaired from the room. We didn’t want to make a complaint as we understand how sometimes people’s situations might lead them to do something inappropriate. But we hope they useful to the new owner. We would visit again Marina el Cid. Not because of our daughter’s shoes disappearing, but because after the second time almost every place looses its magic! But we will recommend it! Family oriented, clean, and good food! Competitive prices as well for all the amenities they offer ( three resorts in one)"

"Pros- I liked that everything was walking distance and close by. Food was decent. I liked that there seemed to always be something open where you can grab food. Drinks were ok. Very friendly staff. The buffet had good choices in regards to food. Cons- beach definitely not swimming condition due to all the seaweed. The Japanese and Chinese restaurant was closed 2 of 7 days. They weren't able to accommodate our group of 8 even though we requested reservations the minute we arrived on resort and stayed four days. It was off season and there was definitely not a large crowd so I'm not sure what they couldn't get us in. This was the only restaurant that required reservations. Service for dinner was pretty slow even though there were not a lot of people."
