Didn’t give us the room that we booked on Expedia and would give us any money back or proper room. Expedia didn’t help us either. We ended up booking somewhere else while in Mexico and didn’t get any money back from the hotel or Expedia. It was very disappointing for us.

Comiendo el hotel no quieres pagar mucho está bien lo que importa es seguridad tranquilidad y buena atención eso lo conseguí ahí la ubicación excéntrica también la terminal de autobuses es muy cerca una estadía de trabajo de diligencias o descansar para continuar un vuelo o sea terrestre vía autobús está muy bien ubicado del hotel

room was spotless and cleaners came every day. The room itself was nice and had all the equipment available in the kitchen. Shower was poor and eventually water completely stopped and had to change room. Shower not much better in that one. Pool is not bad, however gym is not good and spa section of pool not working. Wifi is slow but ok. Location is good.
