"We stayed at Ha and it was much more chill and relaxing. Wasn’t an inconvenience at all to get to other properties. Room had a funny musty/moldy smell Food was excellent. Beach none existent, we went to a beach club 8 mins away. "

"Stay was good. The only issue we had was dinner reservations. We couldnt get in anywhere until 9 pm. The resort was nice and we had the nicest beach on that strip because they were constantly cleaning the seaweed up."

"Overall we felt like our stay was very medium. Upon arrival, someone who introduced himself as from Expedia came to tell us he would help us with anything we needed during our stay, took our phone number, and then never contacted us until the day before we left. We did have someone from Royalton immediately come up to help us, too, but they were trying to sell us a club membership and to join them for a breakfast where we’d learn more about joining the club. Once we said no to the breakfast, the staff member stopped responding to any messages. We booked an ocean view family suite, and upon getting checked in, the staff was quietly back and forth between the check in desks, and told us they were “doing something special” for us. They moved us to the diamond area, which we thought was very kind to do without request, but when we got there, we had a view looking at the back of a building and in order to see the ocean, we had to go out on the balcony and stand in one of the ends and look over. When we told the front desk we had paid for an ocean view, they told us we can technically see the ocean so it is an ocean view. They also said they were overbooked so they couldn’t accommodate what we originally booked. The pools were great. Our kids enjoyed the obstacle course in the water and the slides. The food was pretty good. We especially enjoyed Zen, our server was great with food allergies! "

"I went to sensira previously and it was amazing, came back again for a quick week in 2026, the place is still clean and the staff amazing. But food which was one of the highlights the first time i came was now neutral at best. It feels like there was budget cut on food, no guacamole for tacos, one type of tacos if any. Back when i went the first time the tacos station during diner had 3 types of meats, 6 different sauces etc.. even at the mexican specialty restaurant 3 tiny tacos at entrée. I talk about tacos specifically but i felt it was the same for every other type of food. So the hotel is nice, the place is amazing for family but the food is now just ok. Its not disgusting but it wont be a highlights. Even the rodeo meat was okay and we tried it all."

"This is our second time at Breathless/Secrets we absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly, kind, polite, food is very good.The activities and entertainment is nice with a very good entertainment staff."

"No beach. This is an oceanfront proprty with plenty of pools. Pool side and oceanside chairs are hard to find even during less busy season. Property is old and so is the room furniture. Staff is very friendly and service is very quick. Onsite spa services are extremely pricy, it's cheaper to get those in usa."

"The beach is full of seaweed so if you care about the beach this isn’t the property for you but of course that isn’t the hotels fault. The pools were fantastic and we also had a swim up room which was also great. We got drinks served to our swim up room as well. We did get into every restaurant there, sometimes we had to go on a wait list and sometimes we didn’t have to wait at all. We never had any trouble getting a chair at the pool which was awesome. Mini bar in the room could be better as it was only stalked with two beers a day. Sometimes we asked for more and we got it. Sometimes we didn’t. You can order room service to your room which is also fantastic. "
