I think it’s on purpose because they have a time sharing system so you are desperate to upgrade for a better room. Employees are friendly and hard workers. The beach service is great. The pool is dirty we didn’t get inside. The entertainment at night was fun. Another problem loud peacocks during the whole night, poop in our balcony daily. We are not going back to this chain next time. "

"Bathroom was nasty, the AC broke down 2 times and wouldn’t cool the room. The Shuttle is a mess non friendly drivers and doesn’t pass by enough your better of walking. Some staff members seem as if they didn’t want to be there and did not go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The Hotel has plenty of things to do with good pools nice beach and great entertainment."
