The room is not clean, the bedsheet seems not changed at all. The ac is functioning, heater not working. The tv cable and net are okay.

You deserve better
If you're like me, you work hard for your vacation. You deserve much much better than the disrespectful disservice I received from this hotel as run by what appeared to be the senior receptionist. And what's the point in booking a hotel ahead of arrival, if you can't rely on the hotel meeting it's obligations to your booking.

Comfortable, basic hotel offering good value
The hotel was a bit of a challenge to find, it's actually the upper floors of the building opposite Ospital Ng Palawan. There was no lift so no access for those with limited mobility; be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Check in was slightly complicated as the reservation had not registered correctly on the system by the booking agent. The staff were able to sort things easily enough, however.
The room was on the smaller side but considering the price I was more than happy. The room was comfortable and there was cable TV and aircon that worked well. Complimentary breakfast was available but I didn't stay for it so I can't comment on this. Some of the details could have been addressed - eg no lightbulb in the lamp - but nothing major to complain about. The staff were friendly.
