Just only 5 rooms when stayed there. Adding more i believe... Good food at the cafe...bacon wrapped shrimp awesome......Had a jacuzzi & sauna which was excellent. Would stay again for sure.

This place was perfect. Manager and staff were all very helpful and polite. The facilities include a spa and sauna which were complimentary. Best for couples who want a quieter and relaxing stay.

Quiet, spa-like atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. No tv or fridge in room. Nice bathroom. Five minutes from airport, 10-15 minutes from major shopping malls and markets. One and a half hour from underground river tour and swimmable beaches. Hotel should expand website to include helpful information for tourists.

There was a lot of potential for the place but unfortunately it was very dirty and dusty. They place wasn’t what I expected when I saw this on Expedia. I was disappointed in the facility.

Very good food at fair prices Sauna and hot was nice after day of activities and dinner. Staff very helpful with booking tours, scooter rental, delivered us to airport, laundry service only 350 pesos.

Beautiful property. Very helpful in helping to book underground river tour. The breakfast options are a bit limited. And I would expect they offer at least one drink like hot chocolate etc complimentary, however coffee and orange juice are the only options. The place is convenient located.

This is a very nice place to stay when visiting Puerto Princesa. It is very clean and well kept, the staff were exceptional, very pleasant and extremely helpful. They coordinated our travel PCR tests, underground river tour, and airport transfer. The restaurant had a great relaxing atmosphere with nice music and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, the coffee was excellent. The rooms were up to date and very clean. The bathroom was very big and modern. We didnt have hot water in the shower while there but they said there was an issue with the hot water boiler and it was being fixed. It wasn't a huge deal. The AC worked well but there was only one setting and we would usually have to shut it off after a short while because it got too cold. There wasnt really anywhere to sit outside but I think they were working on improvements to the outdoor area. It didnt matter because there were many places to sit and relax in the hotel and it wss too hot to sit outsite anyways. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would stay here again.

Nice quiet stay. Very cute, clean bed and breakfast. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed to relax. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The cafe connected had a wide variety of options. It’s located 10 min from the airport, they offer free pick up and drop off. Overall wonderful stay.

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed covid tests for return and they arranged along with all our excursions and transportation. The Balai Princesa Massage was excellent. The kitchen staff was very attentive. Quaint and attractive.

Great place, amazing staff
Amazing place, we stayed there as a couple and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were well taken care of. The Jacuzzi was great relaxation after a long day. They had a free foot massage upon arrival which was also a nice treat. They graciously provided a free van to our next location as well, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be returning before we leave the Phillipines. They met and exceeded all our expectations.

Wow! Beautiful boutique hotel in a quite part of Puerta Princessa. Only a 3-5 min tuk tuk ride to the heart of town. The staff is amazing. I mean amazing. You must get a Balai Massage. Wow!!!! Rooms and bed are very nice and newly furnished. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone. You surely will not be disappointed. Thanks staff! You made our stay in PP truly unforgettable! New hotel 5 stars service worthy
This hotel is so new that even locals are unaware of its location. Their service is also 5stars worthy making you feel like you are at home being taken care of by family. Their food is also excellent. Breakfast was free and whatever I couldn't finish I was able to take to go for a extra 20peso. You are in good care here my stay was great and the value is worth every penny. When I checked in I was offered more free services that I didnt expect, this place is worth more exposure because it is probably one of the best hotels around in the heart of the city.

The place offers a very laid-back kind of vacation. We had a very overwhelming experience plus the place itself has a very luxurious relaxed vibe. The artworks around the place defines the patriotism that it wants to display as well as the interiors that really express the locality but never lose its class. The people are very accommodating and services are superb.

발라이 프린세사 또 가고싶은 호텔.. 추천드립니다
장점- - 필리핀의 숙소들은 개미,도마뱀,모기,바퀴 같은 벌레나 파충류 등이 많은데 이곳은 벌레가없었음 - 시내로부터 살짝 거리가 있기때문에 객실이 상당히 조용하고 좋았음 - 조식이 정말 맛있음 (3일간 머물렀는데 조식의 퀄리티가 상당히 좋아서 매일 아침을 기분좋게 시작했음) - 직원분들이 정말 친절함 (수영 때문에 입은 화상에 대한 안부를 계속 물어봐주고, 웃으면서 계속 인사해주고, 불편사항이 있으면 즉시 조치해주었음 특히 레스토랑에 있는 직원분들과 데스크에 계신 여직원분들은 정말 친절하셨음) - 객실 내부 와이파이 속도가 괜찮았고 로비 와이파이는 상당히 빠름 단점- - 객실내부에 냉장고나 TV가 없음 그래도 어차피 숙소는 잠만 자면 되기에.. - 샤워기 수압이 조금약하고 온도조절이 잘 안됨 총평- 상당히 추천드립니다. 후회없으실겁니다. Advantages- - In the Philippines, there are a lot of bugs or reptiles like ants, snakes, mosquitoes, and cockroaches, but this hotel did not have bugs. - The room was quiet and nice because it was a little far from the city. - Breakfast is really good. (I stayed for three days, but the breakfast quality was so good that I started feeling good every morning.) - The staff is really nice. (Employees greet with a smile and take immediate action for any inconvenience, especially the staff at the restaurant and the women at the desk were very kind.) - The internal Wi-Fi speed in the room was good and the lobby Wi-Fi was pretty fast. Disadvantages- - There is no refrigerator or TV in the room, but it doesn't matter because you only have to sleep in the room anyway. - Shower water pressure is a little weak and temperature control is poor Comprehensive evaluation- I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.
