The beautiful grounds, the pools and areas so clean, very quiet and relaxing in atmosphere. Chairs always available on beach or around pool. We had a full kitchen ocean view room on 7th floor which was very clean and comfortable in every aspect. A quick cab ride to Soriana provided what we needed to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or evening drinks admiring the spectacular sunsets. Perfect holiday.

The activity staff, the bellhops and the front counter staff are all very excellent. The continuing problem is the condition of the rooms, namely the plumbing issues with leaking faucets, and poor water pressure in the showers. Otherwise everything is great.
