The rooms were not like the pictures posted..Online the rooms looked new, but in reality they were very old. It is a very outdated hotel. Sheets and towels had stain spots.

The hotel is close to all the places that I like to visit while in PV. This was my second time staying here and it was much better than the first time. My room had a comfortable bed, great AC, scenic balcony and a water dispenser outside the rooms on each floor. It’s a decent hotel.

El joven de recepción del turno vespertino, dia sábado 30 de agosto 2025, pésimo trato, grosero, déspota, muy lento. Me hizo esperar 30 minutos para asignar habitación y otros 10 minutos para sacarle copia a mi INE, le sugerí que le tomara foto y que ya después él la imprimiera y se molestó, groseramente me respondió. A diferencia de los del turno matutino, muy amables y gentiles.
