Staff was excellent. Restaurant was great food with a great view. I loved the garden alpacas and cuyes. My only real issues that do not affect the rating as they are more general to the city itself are that a lot of tours will not get you if you do not stay in the central area and you probably should ...

Nice for 2 day break to visit the islands etc
