"We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it.
Phoned the hotel, no answer.
So we booked another hotel down the highway.
Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"We had an amazing one night experience staying at Casita del Titicaca. The hospitality was outstanding and we very much enjoyed Edens company. He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well.
The bathrooms are as comfortable as can be but we did have hot showers (low water pressure but thats a given). The beds were warm and comfortable and all three of us slept...
"It was a very special and unforgettable experience spending one night at a floating island hotel on Titicaca Lake, though the conditions were not that as good as staying in a "real hotel" in the city and it was freezing at night. The people who attended us were very nice and kind. We were glad that we chose to stay there for the night. "

"Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was great. Buffet breakfast was also great. Hot water worked. Thr heater kept the room very warm. The only negative i have is the room is not soundproof. My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay."
"We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Titicaca Origins Peru. It was a perfect blend of rustic and modern. Wilbur and Delia were wonderful hosts and provided us with the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable while at the same time allowing us to enjoy a Uros experience. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. They also set up an excursion to Taquile Island. The continental breakfast was satisfying and the dinners were tasty Peruvian meals. I highly recommend this place! "
