"The best part was how attentive and helpful the staff was. I had a foot sprain and they helped with crepe bandage, ice, medication. Getting their support was a quick phone call away. The view was exceptional. We had a very relaxing stay. We are loyal to the Sonesta chain as well."

"Iโ€™m a firm believer that if you advertise bathtubs, you need to have the availability to use the bathtub. I stayed in three rooms over three days, and not one of them had a stopper for the bathtub. I kind of feel like this is false advertisement. Other than that, location, staff, cleanliness, I really enjoyed staying here."

"We loved our experience! The family that runs the property is so kind and so helpful. The meals they prepared were wonderful. The views from the rooms were great and even though it got cold at night, the beds had plenty of blankets and there was a portable gas heater in the room so we slept very comfortably. If you want a true Lake Titikaka experience, I highly recommend this resort/lodging experience."

"We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been offered some drinks. We brought our own water from the room in the end"
