From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professional hospitality, and the entire staff was fluent in English, making everything seamless. ​The hotel is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the restaurant, creating a wonderful atmosphere for guests. Our room was spotless and featured a breathtaking, dreamy view of the lake. We were touched by the thoughtful details, like the fresh flowers and the delicious variety of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room. ​The dining experience was a highlight—the dinner was incredibly tasty with a wide variety of options and great drinks. The breakfast was equally impressive, offering a luxurious and top-tier selection. ​We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and service. We truly hope to have the chance to stay here again!"

"The staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is quite cold. We had a space heater in our room and an extra blanket on the bed. The breakfast is okay. The coffee wasn’t very hot. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars which is lovely. "

"The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. "
