"Understaffed, some of the staffed seem annoyed if any request were made. With the understaffing was left unattended several times waiting minutes for water at any restaurant. Overall for how expensive this resort is it was very low level. I’ve stayed at 3 star resorts and had better service and experience. Extremely disappointed. Won’t be doing a Dreams Resort again that’s for sure."
