"Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows Good air conditioning Room was musty smelling on arrival but went away after about 24hrs of our AC being set as low as it could go. We did see a cockroach in the hallway, none noted in our room. Dinner and lunch Buffett was underwhelming À la Carts we ate at were great. Downside of only 1 location for towels and that you had to use towel cards. Resort is very big so LOTS of walking Water park was ok, my 14&9 year old has fun on the slides and we were abke to go down too."

"The resort itself is great. The Bach was fantastic along with all their pools. One massive downside was the food was not that great. The staff was decent. With how massive the resort it bound to have good and bad staff. Not as family oriented as it may seem. You will have people there that are there to party but again. Massive resort wasn’t a problem for us and our child but just be aware."

"The staff was absolutely incredible! From the drinks to the food, everything was perfect. Every restaurant (buffets included) were delicious. We particularly loved the Italian and Steakhouse. Our butler Boliver was 10/10. Anything we needed- from filling up our fridge with drinks (soda, water, beer), decorating our room for a birthday- he was on top of it. He also was attentive and checked in with us everyday-sometimes multiple times a day to make sure we had what we needed. Cleaning staff were also on point. Our room was cleaned more than once a day. The entire resort was clean and spotless. We can’t wait to go back!"

"I had an amazing stay at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana. The hotel was beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the overall atmosphere made the trip feel relaxing and fun from start to finish. Since it was all-inclusive, having food, drinks, and room service included made everything so convenient. The room service was great, and anytime we needed something cleaned or refreshed, housekeeping was quick and helpful. One thing that really stood out was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff was always kind and willing to help, and many people spoke English which made communication very easy. I also appreciated how the hotel helped with excursions and activities, which made planning things during the trip a lot less stressful. I especially want to thank Yeuris Hernández for being so helpful during our stay. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, he was professional, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana and would love to come back again."

"If you intend to have a party vacation and your not fussy about room quality then this will work for you. Most of the staff are friendly. The steakhouse was good but to get a reservation is like the hunger games.... Tip: if you not so good with your Spanish just print and stick your drink of choice in Spanish on your cup😄.... until everyone knows your drink"

"Everyone we have met was extremely friendly and always helpful. Good was good. I personally liked the hibachi the best out of all the ala carte restaurants. The bars were always a fun place to hang around. The staff cleaned the whole property daily including the beach area."

"Property was very clean and the food was excellent but for the most part the staff was not very polite felt like a bother to them and most could not speak English and very hard to communicate with.But when we needed help from the customer service staff they were all excellent to speak to and always had a smile on there faces .Our room had a none working hair dryer and couldn't find the TV remote for the life of me anywhere.And problem was resolved immediately. Nightly entertainment was good on most nights especially the Michael Jackson show and Circus show.Loved the sports bar where I could watch my beloved Montreal Canadiens games while I was on vacation and always had all kinds of food to eat.Never spent time at the pools but they looked very spacious and had all kinds of chairs. The beach was beautiful and you could walk for miles in either direction and all kinds of chairs to lounge on.The seaweed was plentiful but was not a issue for me and was cleaned up on most days.As for the drinks at the bar they always had what I was looking for.And when it came to night time there was only 1 evening that I saw and bugs or mosquitoes and it was on the minimal side. OUR ROOM WAS SPACIOUS BUT ALWAYS DAMP AND OUR CLOTHES ALSO BUT WE JUST USED THE HAIR DRYER TO DRY OUT ."
