"This place is so lovely. The staff is top notch. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I will say you need to get reservations for the restaurants ahead of time bc otherwise you’ll have to eat at the buffet. (Which is amazing too). The daily events are so fun! Make sure to ask for a calendar of events! We are already planning a return visit! "

"I was in room 5204 and my cleaning lady was so good, the servers were well train, and the bar pool was great. MY Complain is the Internet. when there is internet which is not often the service is slower than molasses."

"The Excellence Punta Cana resort is far from the airport almost 45 minutes to 60 minute drive. The staff there at the resort are amazing and provide great service. I saw a lot of guest giving hugs and handshakes to the staff showing much appreciation for what they do. They truly are the EXCELLENCE Brand. The food was amazing so I'm not sure why they are given bad reviews. There's so many options to choose from. Just to name a few great people at the resort. Magna Excellence - Edwin, Francis and Donnell along with Alexandra are excellent bartenders. The Spice restaurant server Roberto was just fantastic! The lovely hostess at the Spice sorry forgot her name but the hostesses in general are very welcoming. The front desk Ramon who help me with immigration paperwork just before check out. The property is just Beautiful thanks to the hard workers working throughout the day. Yes and Yes and would go back to that resort"
