"Making a dinner reservation was impossible, the app didn’t work so you had to find a person and ask for a table. There were only 3 bars so lines were long for pool drinks. We would rather have spent more money for a better experience. After dinner you can hang in the lobby but nothing much going on besides a show at 9:30am."

"The staff is amazing; the hotel itself is beautiful on the outside and the lobby area. The rooms are all in need of desperate updates. The snorkeling directly out front of the hotel is incredible. The beach is big and beautiful. As for the menu, it is limited. The omelette station is great for breakfast, use the QR code to order off the menu for lunches and be in line by 7:45am every morning to get reservations at the restaurant for dinner. The roof needs to be fixed at the beach restaurant to keep the birds out better. The drinks are good."

"Rooms were great. Staff is very professional. Food is okay, no Indian veg options. Luggage was brought to room upon check-in. At check-out time, we were asked to bring luggage to front-desk. Loved the beach by the hotel. Family had good time. "

"This hotel was on the older side, and that was ok. The little cove / beach was beautiful and we snorkeled almost every day. If you don’t have googled the lifeguard usually can let you rent a pair for less than $5 for a few hours. The views were gorgeous. The food was actually pretty good and their salsas were spicy and had flavor! Usually all inclusive resorts lack that. This isn’t a party hotel at all, which is what i wanted. I wanted to just relax. That being said i came with 2 other coworkers on our spring break. We had booked months in advance so I was confused upon check in when they didn’t give us rooms next to each other , let alone on the same floor. They said it was “whatever was available “ like ok? We booked in advance for a reason. The second issue was that the people in the room next to me were extremely loud for 3 nights in a row way past 1am. Screaming, laughing, music etc. i called security the first night and they came immediately. When this happened the second and third night, security did not come up and check with them like they did the first night. There were no accommodations given after not being able to sleep for a few days and did not want to move me rooms. We left a key in a room one night and it was annoying they couldn’t give us another one, they made you walk up with them and look for your key in the room. I probably would not stay again , the hotel was pretty run down and old and the service could be a lot better."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent, and the food was good/very good. There were a lot of options for food. There were different options for pools, e.g. active pool area with music and swim-up bar near the beach and quieter options with poolside service near the back of the property. We also used the gym, which was small but nice and clean. The room was spacious and nice; you could see some wear on the property, but nothing to complain about. The staff works hard to maintain the property, and it is very clean. We had one of the ground floor, swim-up rooms, which we really enjoyed. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!"

"Overall, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and feels very safe. The facilities are well maintained, and everything looks amazing. However, the customer service for the rooms was very disappointing. Staff would knock on the door constantly without respect for privacy, which made it hard to relax. The biggest issue was with the “unlimited restaurants.” During my 4-day stay, I tried to book more than 5 different restaurants, and none ever had availability. It felt like they were offering something that guests can’t actually use. The noise level was also a problem—you can’t really sleep peacefully. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call more than 5 times just to get blankets, and it still took hours for them to arrive. In summary, while the hotel is clean and visually beautiful, the service and overall experience need serious improvement."
