"It is a beautiful property. In general staff was friendly, amazing at the reception. I have to say that the staff at the buffet, specifically the managers are not the nicest. They are like police officersโฆ We had a breakfast only bracelet, and the only night we decided to try their buffet for supper, we asked if we could go check the food before making a decision. They agreed, but we were โinterceptedโ twice while looking, and asked if we had a ticket. I understand that there can be people who abuse, but in such a nice hotel, it doesnโt seem to match the ambianceโฆ We decided to book an excursion with the hotel to Bonifacio, Corsica. It was a nice one, but I have to say that the โlunchโ part of the excursion was a total waste of precious time to visit, and I say this because the food at the restaurant was not good! I would prefer eating a sandwich and having more time to visit. Our guide Sara was delightful! We loved our stay!"

"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with โitโs natureโ. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didnโt clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water. There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."

"Great view and clean room. Some things in the room are outdated but it's nice. The walk down to the harbor and restaurants isn't bad about 13 min. Staff was very nice."

"Such a beautiful, peaceful place and the view is just stunning. Rooms are large and has all you need included in the Kitchenette to make your own food if you wish and also to store snacks and beverages. Town of Santa Teresa Gallura is about a 12 minute drive away which has beaches and restaurants, supermarkets, and a lively night scene (visited during august). Hotel also has a parking lot which is wonderful and you need a car if youโre staying there. Staff was very pleasant as well. Best thing is the view and peaceful area and resort grounds."
