"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. "Un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons séjourné durant notre voyage à Bali. D'abord l'accueil et la prise en charge de Gede fût parfait. Même avant notre arrivée il nous a conseillé sur le choix de l'hébergement et durant tout le séjour il était là pour nous renseigner ou nous aider. L'endroit est formidable, c'est presque le Paradis. Les bungalows sont grands, bien équipés et invitent au farniente. On a pratiquement plus envie de partir. Pas de piscine mais la mer est à votre porte et chaude...

"Ein kleines Paradies mit Pool und Rundum-Service ❤️ Der Besitzer kümmert sich um alles und das sofort! Egal was wir wollten, es war da. Er hat innerhalb eines Tages ein Moskitonetz aus dem Hut gezaubert. Ein echter Macher! Danke Jay 🌸 Ketut war jeden Tag da und hat uns bei allen Problemen geholfen, die wir hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Very good service and people. Unique experience of community and food. Accomodation was exactly like a living in a village hut but with basic ammenities available like light, fan and hot water. Just 15 mins ride from Sekumpul waterfall. The owner helped arrange 2 wheeler for us to go to the waterfall. This place is perfect for travellers with 2 wheelers but roads are narrow for 4 wheelers so be prepared if you are taking one."

"One of the best hidden gem in Kintamani area. This place has best view of mountain and lake. All staff is very friendly & helpful. The access to property is a bit confusing, you should ask around in case if you got lost. But it’s super worth it. I want to come back again for sure!"

"This hotel was the best we stayed in, in Bali. The staff were so accommodating and kind, the property is beautiful with beautiful wood carvings and details everywhere! I will definitely stay here again! The staff also helped connect me to a guide and driver to hike Mount Batur Volcano. I truly appreciated my time there. I highly recommend 💕"

"We had a wonderful stay! The Homestay is set in the mountains with the village just down the hill. We felt welcomed into the home and the village. The property overlooks a lovely rice field and the mountains. The room was clean and tidy. Motor bikes and tours are able to be setup at the property. We ate like royalty while staying here for a reasonable price. My favorites were the fried rice and the fried plantains. "Had the absolute best time at Ayung Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing and we loved getting to go to tea time in the afternoon and hang by the beautiful pool. We had a driver, Rena, pick us up from the airport and he was the best tour guide ever —sweetest man ever and we spent the entire next day with him having him show us around the island! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!"

"The hotel is really beautiful, you get the WOW effect upon arrival. The staff is the nicest people we ever met. I think is one of the most beautiful hotels and views of UBUD. The landscape, the common areas, the spa, the restaurant… everything is just amazing! Our Butlers were amazing, always ready to help and taking care of every detail! The only negative that we can say is that water of the private pool in our villa was so cold we couldn’t use it and, due to the high humidity of the area, the villa has a smell of humidity quite intense. The staff kindly gave us some incense so we would mask a bit the smell. Also, we found that it wasn’t nice that when you order a taxi, the hotel makes 2-3 times more money than the actual driver. Instead of just calling you a taxi, they pay the taxi and charge you for x3 the usual rate. "

"This property and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my stay in Bali. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a hill view room with lovely views, granted that I had to be ready to face monkeys as they did come and walk along it, hang off chairs etc. Be mindful to keep food out of sight. The ambience at this hotel is chilled, calm and helps you to immerse in the culture. I loved it and would stay again. The hotel sent me a tray of desserts expressing with a card wishing me well after I sustained an injury on an excursion. Such care. Also the food here was out of this world. "

"This place is relaxation and comfort. The room is amazing and I have the personal pool in front which is amazing for random skinny dipping when I feel like it. The place is modern and beautiful. The pools are great and you can’t get better service. Loved my stay here. The spa was also amazing."
