I have never encountered a team so warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel special. Pebe was incredible—so kind, welcoming, and always one step ahead in anticipating needs. Mahender was equally exceptional, bringing professionalism and a personal touch that made every interaction memorable. And the spa staff—wow. Every single person there contributed to an atmosphere of calm, care, and total relaxation. It was easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience I’ll be thinking about for a long time. If you’re looking for a place where every detail is perfect and every person makes you feel valued, this is it. "Amazing from the outset. Stayed in 4 premium hotels in Bali over our trip and this was easily the best. The staff are unbelievable, attention to detail is over and above expectations. If you can stretch to the villa with private pool, it is well worth it. Fantatastic restaurant as well. Dinner was top class and breakfast was outstanding."

"I enjoyed my stay at Hoshi Jungle Resort. The staff was polite and felt safe staying there as a solo traveler. I originally was supposed to travel with a group of individuals but flights got canceled or changed. So I ended uo spending my birthday alone and the staff were sweet enough to sing happy birthday to me and give me a free dessert. My private pool over looked a beautiful view and the main pool was gorgeous as well. My room was also maintained nicely. The app I downloaded for transportation was not working, however staff was able to assist me with rides to places I wanted to visit. If I were to return to Bali I would stay at this resort again. "

"Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We were truly pampered. Top notch. The lodge and grounds were more than we could have hoped for! Our park view room had a superb view! We could hear the elephants exhaling deeply as they were waking up in the morning as if we were having a sleep over! My son loved every moment and didn’t want to leave. Can’t say enough good things. Do not miss this. Best experience on the island in 4 weeks of travel over 2 trips. I would liken the staff service here to staying at Aman resorts - truly pampered."

"I stayed at Nandini Jungle Resort in Bali, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of my trip. I booked a panoramic view suite, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Waking up to the lush green jungle views from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was beautiful—complete with a jacuzzi, a swing, and a peaceful, serene atmosphere that instantly slows you down. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive, checking in twice a day and making sure everything was perfect, especially before bedtime. It felt very thoughtful and personalized. I didn’t end up using the main pool much, but it looked stunning. I did, however, experience their spa by the river and waterfalls—and it was truly magical. I originally booked for three days but loved it so much that I extended my stay to a full week. This is the perfect place if you’re looking to disconnect from city life, embrace nature, and spend quiet, intentional time with yourself. They do offer tours to places like Ubud and Mount Batur if you want to explore, but for me, the highlight was staying within the resort, enjoying the surroundings, and leaning into stillness. I genuinely fell in love with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone seeking peace, nature, and a reset. "
