The room was kept very clean and tidy, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. The lodge was such special place to be and being able to interact with the elephants was a "Bucket List" experience. What a great place to stay!

staying at hotel with elephants outside the room??...what could be better. We got to wash and go for a ride in the big swimming area. Not only that, the beautiful animals gave us a quick ride to dinner!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It is TOTALLY worth staying here for a day or two. You get first access to saying good morning to the elephants before all the day-trippers arrive, and it's lovely to walk around the park in the evening. We came in Jan/26, so the park was very quiet guest wise. Breakfast and dinners were great (not included for us) and reasonably priced. As for the treatment of the ellies - they are well taken care of and have a much better life than before their arrival to Mason. Please watch the informative video, and talk to the mahouts. They are knowledgable and happy to answer questions! AS OF JAN 25 there are no more elephant rides - which was fine by us!! Just happy to be around such big beautiful gentle creatures.

Perfect stay. Wonderful room and staff. They even brought us a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my husband. All the little touches made it memorable. Our stay included washing and bathing woth elephants along with an elephant safari and pick up via elephant for restaurant if you rang reception.

The staff were lovely! Very kind and attentive. No really anything bad to say at all except… if you can’t do hard beds… this is not for you. The beds were stiff. The shower went scalding hot every 10 seconds but other than that it was completely amazing. The elephants were very well cared for which was the MOST important part for me.

I stayed at the Mason Park Lodge and it was exquisite from being picked up from my balcony by an elephant for my first dinner to seeing a white peacock with its tail out and 3 giant tortoises on my last day. Everything was very convenient with a beautiful scene at every turn from lush foliage to beautiful wildlife. I was surprised that the menu at the restaurant seemed ordinary in comparison to the surroundings, however the food was well cooked and presented with as with everything else wonderful smiling service. Of course there were elephants at every turn, truely a memorable stay and experience.

We absolutely loved staying at the Mason Elephant Sanctuary! Everything from the staff to the room to the activities were fantastic! The food was delicious in both the restaurant and the tree top cafe. We loved seeing the Elephants up close and having the opportunity to ride and feed them. The small museum was incredibly informative as well. We would recommend a trip here for sure!
