Just confusions from hotel reception of my booking. I booked for 2 rooms ( family) ended up to wait for another 30 min due to another room wasn't ready ( they unable to see my room's booking as i booked). So; after clarification. Few min have to wait until settled. Overall. Staffs are very friendly. ...
Underground parking is quite hard to find, i had to ask policeman there. Please dont use touchNgo upon entering parking (if your stay come with free parking), just take parking ticket. Aircond in room isnt live up to my expectation. Warmer, and min temperature only 19 degree celcius.
