"Good sides: it’s right in front of the ski slopes, which is amazing! Lots of eateries nearby, in the Tower Plaza. Discount for rental and ski pass. Staff very helpful, speaks good English! considerations: Chalet restaurant doesn’t have many options, it’s overpriced. Room temperature very slow adjustable, either too warm or too chilly. Rain shower doesn’t work. Swimming pool closed. WiFi had problems. Shuttle bus doesn’t follow the schedule and leave the guests behind. Very stressful to sort it out. "

"Wonderful Ski resort. I visited this place with my friends from SG and they were super satified with this place. And even think better than Ski resort from Japan they visited in Feb 23. Ski resort was well-organized and entire property (including dinning places and water park) were well maintained and renovated. They were super suprised when we discovered this place is actually over 20 years. They rent ski and ski closth as well. So you don't need to bring any heavy cloth or eqippments "
