"Lotte Hotel is a top notch place to stay in Central Seoul. The facilities are comfortable and modern, the rooms spacious and well appointed. The hotel is next to a serious shopping mall, has walkable restaurants nearby and has convenient transportation options nearby."

"Very convenient stay. Close to train station and bus stops. Lots of things to eat nearby and the Namdaemun market is super close by as well. Hotel was clean and had all amenities necessary. The only downside was not being able to freshen up at the hotel after checking out. They were able to hold our luggage but wouldn’t allow us to use the gym/pool facilities to freshen up before our flight. "

"Hotel is great, staff is very friendly. My room was comfortable enough for me, shower was easy to work with. They gave me fresh towels and water daily. Breakfast was good. My biggest peeve was you can hear the water running sometimes but other than that I had a very comfortable stay."

"Close to Incheon airport and free shuttle bus was very convenient. There is also a convenience store which you can use even at late night. The room was facing the airport so it was a bit noisy but overall I am happy with the hotel. "
