"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and upgraded. It is no surprise that JAL has their crew stay at this hotel. It is located in area with plenty of food options. Our next stay in Seoul would be at this hotel!"

"they do offer breakfast with many options , in Gangnam it is very worth and washer with dryer ( pay option) but still , location is good , staff 24 hours , very helpful , detail"

"The staff on the 1st floor were highly dedicated and incredibly helpful. The cleaning staff on the 24th floor were also very professional, and the location is absolutely perfect."

"The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere."
