"Property location is ideal, as it is right outside the subway station (green line - Euljiro 3 ga) and only a few minutes walk to Myeongdong, with plenty of food options, coffee shops and convenience stores within a short walking distance. However, multiple aspects of the property condition were not up to expectations. There was no individual temperature control in the room. Central air conditioning kept the room at 26C/80F, which meant we had to turn it off and open a window to cool the room down in the evening. Some light switches (touch-sensitive pads) within the room did not work. Water pressure in the shower was low. TV remote also did not work. "
