"Le personnel était absolument charmant et serviable. Par contre, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez médiocre, avec des chambres rudimentaires, des couloirs et escaliers sales, mal entretenus. De plus, bien que l’hôtel est à seulement 7 minutes de marche de la petite France, quartier pittoresque de Strasbourg, et de la gare, il est situé dans un quartier délabré, peu invitant avec des gens intoxiqués."
