We live everything about this place . The staff are friendly and helpful, walk-in distance to town and groceries and having a kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast and microwaveable dinners. I love the packed nasi goreng and nasi spicy chicken from the fruit market nearby. James n Ket

The location is quite convenient, all city centers attractions are within the walking distances. So you can leave the car in the hotel and avoid the hassle of finding a parking space in the city center.

The room is clean and spacious. It has lots of amenities, such as a full kitchen, washer. The hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay, and we recommend it to others who travel to Queenstown!

It was in a great location close to town, reasonable pricing, small and compact but very neat and clean. The beds were really comfortable and they had a washing machine, everything you needed.

The property is a walk to the city which has a good variety of stores, resturants, cafe's, shops. This property has air con, fans, washing machine, large fridege with freezer. It is a good place if you are staying for a few days.

Great space. Great location.
The hotel room was spacious, modern and clean. It had everything we needed for cooking and washing. Located a 10 min walk from the centre with parking included. We had a great stay and qould recommend to others.

Incredible location, just a five minute walk to the main area of town. Super close by to a grocery store. Easy parking. Nice views and the living/dining area was great and functional with a good balcony. There was no cleaning and extremely limited housekeeping during the week stay. They empty your bins and give you fresh towels but that's it. There is no change of linen or general cleaning during your stay. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend if you are looking for affordable accommodation in the heart of Queenstown.

Booked for Christmas Eve as could not find any other properties in Queenstown for that day, Location is good but the staff was not very helpful, was made to wait at reception for 60 mins with tired kids (after 500km drive) as the reception did not allow to checkin before 2PM, Rude communication like "We are very busy" Dude you are busy because of guests only not busy for them. The rooms are on defferent levels which does not have easy access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whistler Apartments. Close enough to walk to town (why would you drive?), the apartment had everything we needed, air con (heat!), electric blankets, great water pressure in the adjustable shower. It really had everything we needed, we would definitely return. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay enjoyable.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. We loved our stay here so much we re booked for the end of our holiday also. It was very comfortable and clean, location perfect and room had a nice view, it had everything we needed including laundry and drying room, and the staff went out of their way for us. Super friendly place and I will definitely return when in Queenstown.

Great stay, but the price is high for what you get
The price is very high for what you get: NEGATIVE - coffee table in bad state of repair, coffee and tea etc not always replaced (even though you can ask for me, this is a hassle while on holiday), bathroom floor showed signs of being cleaned with a dirty cloth (brown streaks), the shower floor was slippery (not safe), carpet and decor needs updating, not comfy sitting on tiny stools at the small dining table. POSITIVE - good view of the mountains from the sunny balcony, bed comfy, no obvious outdoor noise at night, free and safe car park under cover, friendly staff, good service, nice kitchenette with all you need for a short stay, washing machine and drying rack a bonus, loved the recycle bin as well as rubbish bin (big plus!), good size fridge, easy to warm up with heat pump or wall heater, 5 minute easy walk to the city centre. Would definitely come here again but would hope for a few updates - cheaper rates if not.

Clean and comfortable, convenient for holidays. The street was noisy though, lots of traffic. And there was a dog barking at times in the room next door. So I’d just say it was good enough and convenient but not sure I’ll go back. I may try somewhere else next time.
