We really enjoyed our stay. Gonzalo in particular was so helpful. I had an emergency and he helped us to find a doctor and got us sorted out. Truly wonderful hotel. Super clean, cute inside, and cute rooms. The Italian restaurant next door is super good as is the Cuban place up the street. We really enjoyed our stay and were treated like family.

Very homie vibe, if you’re looking for something chill, cheap, and not so noisy this right here is the way to go. You can go walking to the shops, plazas and more. Only downside was that the parking is a bit far, but other than that it was good.

The place is beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are a little inconvenient as my mother is in a wheelchair and there is no accessibility, parking is safe and ample but it’s two blocks away which is understandable as the hotel is located in the historic center of Querétaro. Breakfast was good but not many options. Kitchen staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall all it was a pleasant experience!

El trato en recepción fue muy bueno, sin embargo no me gustó que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, tienes que ir a un público que está a 4 cuadras del hotel, tampoco me gustó que el cuarto estaba caliente y el ventilador hace más ruido de lo que refresca, otro punto en contra es que escuchas todo de los demás cuartos incluido cuando van al baño, en general el hotel no es cómodo, pero si muy céntrico.

Es un bonito Hotel, muy limpio, el único problema es que tienen calentadores solares y no dan abasto! Deberían tener boiler de Gas para que pueda cubrir la demanda de agua caliente para todas las habitaciones! En los dos días que estuve hospedado, ningún día salió el agua caliente, y desgraciadamente esos días estuvo medio nublado y con frío! Repito, deberían tener un calentador de gas!!

Es un bonito Hotel, que tiene lo básico, el único problema es que carece de agua caliente! Supuestamente tienen un calentador solar, que no da abasto para todas las habitaciones y es muy desagradable, bañarse con el agua fría! Deberían poner un boiler de gas emergente!
