"Ok camera, bagno e parcheggio interno compreso . Pessima l' accoglienza con lamentela della signora che ci ha salutato la mattina dopo l' arrivo per aver premotato con expedia ad un prezzo quindi piu basso .
Colazione in cestino in camera con soli prodotti confezionati improponibili per un b&b cosi piccolo ... Cambio asciugamani e pulizia stanza ogni 2 giorni giorni."

"This hotel is located in the small town of D’Altino, which can be convenient to stay at for cost purposes.
Making the trip to Venice is a 25 minutes journey by train (there are 2 trains per hour) and then you can take the 1 hour boat ride to the main center of Venice.
If you miss your stop to D’Altino like we did on the last train around 12 am as 2 young ladies ( because the stops are not always mentioned or show up on the screen) don’t count on help or sympathy from the nighttime hotel receptionist who will tell you that the phone is ringing a lot and he’s the only one there so he can’t help you.
Ubers are rarely used in this small town and so they’re hard to get. On the night we missed our stop, the uber cost about $90 dollars.
Unless you’re well versed with using European train systems, please stay in a more populated and closer town to Venice like Mestre or better yet spend more money to stay in Venice for peace of mind.
The hotel itself is clean and not bad. They have a breakfast selection for an additional add on. It’s a good deal."
"We had a spectacular stay at Palazzo Veneziano. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. They kindly upgraded my daughter and me to a junior suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and made our vacation feel truly special.
A major highlight was the complimentary excursion they offered us to Murano to watch the master glass blowers at work—it was fascinating and seamlessly arranged. The hotel staff was also incredibly helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport, taking all the stress out of our departure. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and provided the perfect base for a lovely time in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again!"
"Perfect location for the popular sites tucked away on a street short walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Marks square. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Venetian style but with a modern touch. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of great restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. We would happily stay here again"
"The female staff in the mornings contined to take male guests ahead of me . Each time saying “ just let me finish with him “
Ignoring that i was first in line and should be teated equally .
It was dismissive and unpolite .
In this front desk clerks eyes i was insignificant and i did ask her what it was about me she felt it was ok to give me such lack of respect.
She said i am sorry i didnt see you and it was only a lie. I was standing right in front and she looked directly at me"
"The hotel was elegant and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste.
The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—yet our room remained quiet and peaceful.
When we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage until we were ready to collect it later in the day, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.Definitely would stay here again.Thank you."
