"Great front desk staff, spacious room and fairly quiet "

"It's a good location to visiting as we always have a car and visiting is what my wife and I are in Regina for. We've used the Royal Hotel Regina as our base of operations for going on a decade now and will keep doing so. Some elements of the hotel are getting older but overall the rooms and facilities are well maintained and clean. The free breakfast is very convenient. And the prices are reasonable. The biggest draw to us, however, is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! You couldn't ask for a more helpful group. "

"Stayed for our wedding night, room was upgraded. All staff treated us great from front desk to circa 27 staff mixing drinks for the wedding party, and to the room staff who left us a couple nice doughnuts and a congrats note. Great experience all around "

"I checked myself in through the online service, and when I arrived at the front desk I received very prompt, courteous, and professional service. However, we booked here for the pool and there was no mention that it was out of service which was disappointing, but otherwise the staff is great and they do what they can to make your experience enjoyable "
