The facility are nice and well maintained. The food was great but in a pricey side. The breakfast is the same everyday. The onsen are well maintained as well. They offer a room massage. TV entertainment has a lot of option that you can link your account. The amenities are great from slipper, toothbrush, pajama, they offer bottle water and coffee inside the room. we will definitely go back again in this hotel. Very accessible to Hakone Shrine"
