"The hotel is in an amazing old building in a really nice town. The staff are friendly, and the lobby and restaurant and modern and clean. That's where the positives end. The stairwell and rooms are more like a youth hostel, basic and in need of a serious upgrade. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are awful!
