However, you need to contact them to be let into the gate, and that info was not shared prior to check in. A spectacular resort on the edge of the Ionian with spectacular panoramic views of Mount Etna, Isola Bella and the sea. Free shuttles are also available from the resort if you would like to venture into Taormina city. The food however on the resort is not as spectacular as the resort itself. "
